Need more info: Having a light period is better than having a very heavy period as you can imagine. If everything is normal otherwise and you are sure you are not pregnant then wait a few days and if cramps continue consult with your OB/GYN

Light period: What you are describing just sounds like a light period. I doubt there is anything at all to worry about.
