Is it normal to bleed light just for one day on your period but still be getting cramps. is it still considered a period or is this something else?

What your normal?: When patients have abnormal periods i always want to know what their normal pattern is. If most periods are normal then one abnormal one (late, early, short, long) is not usually a cause for concern. The cycles tend to regulate and get back to normal quickly.
