See your surgeon: Please follow up with your surgeon who performed the Nissen procedure for further evaluation to make sure you are not suffering from any complications. It would be helpful to keep a food diary and see if there are any particular foods that worsen your reflux symptoms. Good luck.

Three weeks is: pretty early to have any definitive result from a surgical procedure: the situation is significantly influenced by inflammation, swelling,etc., from the surgical healing process. However, I agree,I would find it discouraging that after a 2nd procedure you are still having symptoms. Certainly the diet is something you may always wish to follow. Please review your situation with your doctors/surgeon
