Worms?: May be the cause of mobile poop, although sometimes undigested food residue or mucous from a bowel problem that splashes in toilet can also create worm-like movement. As horrible as it sounds a doctor consult in person showing them the video and for examination is the safest and best way to reach a diagnosis and arrange the appropriate treatment. All the best.
