Hi, i recently saw a lump of mucus in my stool but the mucus had a small black bug in it (moving) should i be worried?

No worries: Hi I don't think you need to worry about bugs living in your intestinal tract. If the bug was alive and moving around, I would suspect that it got in there from the bathroom or around the cracks of the toilet seat. Insects are not known to be able to live and breed inside the human digestive tract. Hope this helps
