Abscess?: You may have a perianal abscess, inflammatory bowel disease (e.g., ulcerative proctitis). Maybe an STD (gonorrhea, chlamydia) if you have had receptive anal sex. The main thing is to see a doctor promptly. It could be serious. Good luck.
