I have flea bite marks and they got dark , i would like to know how i can get rid of them?

Post-inflammatory?: If they are bite marks / wounds that get dark, this may be related to your skin color/type. In people with darker skin (e.g. Italian, Latino, African American,etc), wounds will generate more melanin deposition = post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This generally fades over time. You can cover it up with various make-ups /creams or look online for other remedies.
