As per photos in my files, i have a nail that has started splitting from the cuticle. could this be a result of constant dermatitis?

No photo?: I'm sorry we are not able to see any images. Yes , dermatitis, mineral deficiency and fungal infections can all cause separation of the nail from the cuticle. Please see your GP to get a proper examination and treatment.

Nail: Dermatitis will not cause changes in nail , there has to be another reason for that .
