I have a small dry skin rash on my hand, it heals but every time after shower, it gets red again. is it contact dermatitis? or simply because i'm not drinking enough water?

Dermatitis: A rash that worsens with exposure to water happens to some people. A topical steroid cream and cotton glove application especially at bedtime can help - along with reasonable avoidance of water exposure.See your doc if not better after 2 weeks
