Not if 7 placebos: Ava 30 ED contains 21 active pills, and 7 placebo (yellow) pills. You must take each of the 21 active pills everyday, but you can choose to take each of the 7 placebo pills to develop a good habit of remembering to take a pill everyday, or you can dispose of them, then restart a new strip of active pills 7 days after finishing your last (21st) day of active pills.
