Viral symptoms: It is possible that these are all related to a viral pharyngitis or rhinosinusitis. Sometimes if you are having post nasal drainage and swallowing secretions, this could lead to nausea. If all these symptoms are new, give it a few days, drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of rest.
