Most likeltyPenicill: Celcor is a cephalosporin and it shares a chemical structure similar to penicillin (Ampicillin and Amoxicillin are penicillins). You can be allergic to both Ceclor and penicillin However, not seeing or having a better description of the reaction you had, makes my answer above not conclusive
