More details: From what I reviewed in your questions, I was unable to answer completely. What do you have as a reaction to amoxicillin? A yeast infection after amoxicillin is not uncommon and is related to the antibiotic use wiping out vaginal bacterial flora and allowing for yeast to populate. Re; HIV risk - a check of HIV 4-6 months after event would rule that out.
