Not that hard to do.: Leaving the sutures in for a little longer should not be an issue of any great significance. If your traveling is going to inhibit the removal for more than a week, then you might need to remove them yourself have a family member do it. I am sure that there is a you tube video to aid you in the technique. Another option is to have an urgent care center, clinic of physicians office do it.
