I got this feedback from an x-ray. there is lumberization of s1 with spina bifida occulata there is anterior wedging of the t12 body mild ddd at l5s1. should i be concerned?

Lumbarization: of S1 is an anatomic variation, usually of no concern. Likewise, spina bifida occulta is a minor variant, usually an incidental finding of no concern. Mild "ddd" is mild degenerative arthritic changes at that level. T12 anterior wedging could also be an anatomic variation, or indicate prior compression fracture, would need to evaluate the xrays to try to determine which.
