Yellow liquid stool: May be viral gastroenteritis which will last 24-48 hours. Keep hydrated with water/ gatorade combination. If > 7 stools a day need to go to ER or urgent care for IV hydration. May need antibiotics to treat bacterial infection like camphylobacter Occasionally H pylori can cause diarrhea .May also be appendicitis .F/u/ w /doc urgent care today.
