You're fine: Stop worrying, Brad. The Hgb range was given by your lab because you're a man. I'm a pathologist / lab specialist, having devoted a lifetime to this stuff, and the bottom line is this -- how do you FEEL? If you're able to keep up on tests of physical fitness with your peers, and play whatever sport you enjoy most, you need to stop fretting over normal labs. Be grateful for good health and keep it.

Normal results: You lab results are all normal. Do you have any symptoms? If you do, those are not due to any of these values. Even if the results are a bit lower than before, it is not a cause for concern. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
