Prob not an issue: Sometimes after having a tonsillopharyngitis, the tonsils may stay swollen for some time. Differences in size is not uncommon. Outside of the possibility of tonsilith (White discharge in tonsils), as long as there isn't a significant difference or obstruction, there is nothing to concerned about that. See your doctor if there are concerns.
