Likely okay: The germ would not enter the breast milk unless you contaminated the feeding surfaces. If you wash your face and washed your hands again afterward it will be therapeutic and reduce contamination of the breast.You might blot the face with hydrogen peroxide & dry with a hair dryer.Peroxide kills staph on contact but wetness aggravates.I'd go to urgent care not an ER.
