CBC is not the key: White cell counts fluctuate wildly day by day, even hour by hour. You should not even look at the percentages, but only the absolute white counts. If the absolute counts are near or in the reference range, and all of them well-formed, then this isn't going to help make the call. A full, competent physical exam, exercise testing, a trial of antacid Rx and possible endoscopy are considerations.
