Stool testing; BRAT: After 2-3 days, it's no longer a simple case of food poisoning. You may have contracted infectious colitis or gastroenteritis. See a physician; submit a stool sample for testing of Salmonella, Campylobacter, H. Pylori, Norovirus, etc. Drink plenty of fluids, despite lack of diarrhea. BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) may be easier to digest for time being. HealthTap Prime is available.
