Bites: The bites you are describing are more likely due to spider than mosquito. Spider bites develop central blistering after a day or so. Bites by poisonous spider can be accompanied by whole body effects such as abdominal pain, vomiting. If those symptoms have not occurred, likely child bitten by nonpoisonous spider. Can be infected : Blisters usually not associated with mosquitoes bites. Possible infection due to scratching and infect the area with bacteria. Sometimes Bullous impetigo can occur, specially when the area is red and inflamed. Need further evaluation. Hope this help
