Infection?: Newly erupted pustules and blisters surrounding the area of a previous bite is suggestive of an infection and warrants an in person evaluation by your primary physician. Best wishes

Secondary infection: Insect bites may carry harmful bacteria. It would be good to see a doctor for further tests.
