Yes, but...: Has your stage-4 kidney disease occurred before or after Herceptin with low dose of taxol? Herceptin is known to have significant adverse effects on to the kidneys and Taxol is not. So, it is good idea to ask your treating doctor for the specific profile possibly fitting you since s/he knows more about you than anyone online and will monitor your kidney function while receiving Herceptin.
