Regular exercise.: By gradually increasing your exercise, you will develop greater stamina and endurance. if you're not an exerciser, start slow, with walking or swimming, yoga or tai chi. As you get more comfortable, increase your time, distance, or difficulty. Make sure you eat a diet with ample vegetables and lean protein; avoid too many simple carbohydrates like white bread and rice and pasta. Good luck!
