Hot sensation: Could be early shingles, or neuropathy-peripheral nerves from DM alcohol, lead, arsenic, capsaicin ( peppers if rubbed on skin)creams, vitamin deficiency radiculopathy ( from herniated disc),viral illness or autonomic dysfunction or rarely MS. F/u /w/ doc or clinic check B1,B12, herpes levels.
