In a scull (sp) ?: U know, a racing thing. If not used 2 this activity, it's very hard on hip flexors as well ask aductors. This would b a strain ; may b a significant 1.After 3 days it must b somewhat better. Typically a groin strain is painful no matter what u do except lying down. If u r not improving at all, get in 2 c an ortho guy 4 help. Otherwise it will slowly improve by itself. Rest, , nsaids, ice ; time.
