Could be fluid: Those noises could be from a variety of causes including water or debris in your ear canal, fluid in your middle ear and other causes. Without looking inside your ear and knowing more of your history, it would be hard to say exactly what.

Ear: It very likely is water in your ear. This can be from infection or allergies. The external canal can get plugged and that can cause similar symptoms.
