I don't see a : question here to answer, so all I can do is to offer you encouragement and support. No one deserves to be abused. I don't know your age. I don't know if you are a child within the home, a partner, a spouse or an elder. If you don't know how to break the cycle - get professional help. Take care.

Call a local: crisis center. There should be one nearby and seek assistance. If there is not one nearby then go to a local hospital and ask to speak to a social worker for assistance.

Get out: I am going to assume that you are old enough to use healthtap. Write up what has been happening and send this to everyone who might help, starting with your physician. If there has been any violence or threat of violence, call the police and stick to your story. If you feel sick, go to the ER and tell you do not feel safe in your home. The system is dysfunctional but you will find help.
