Keep it dry, patch: The main thing you should not do is pop the blister. That leaves skin open to infection esp in an area like an underarm. Let the blister resolve or even pop on its on; by then there should be a decent amount to skin cells under it to form a barrier. YOu can patch it with a 4x4 gauze bandage and tape it to prevent irritation. After it pops you can apply neosporin. If it spreads, see PCP.
