Sacral, penile nerve: The penis is innervated by branches of the Sacral nerve roots that go to the pudendal nerve and then to the dorsal nerve of the penis. Impingement or damage at any point can cause your symptoms. This can stem from fatty or other tumors and cysts, prostatic disease and swelling, or even low back nerve root impingements that affect the sacral nerve roots. You need a urology consult.
