Whats the best way to boost immunity in kids ?

The basics: Adequate rest, a balanced diet and regular exercise is the best way to maintain a good immune system. The only evidence based example of boosting immune competence are the vaccines designed for that purpose.Advertised supplements are a waste in those not found to have a deficiency.

Nature : For a normal child, a healthy diet, a loving home, and avoidance of exposure to second/third hand smoke should be sufficient. An immunologist can be consulted if concern is present for an underlying illness or condition.
