?herniated disc: You have a herniated lumbar disc or a subluxation of L5 onS1. Both will cause back and leg pain and perhaps numbness and tingling of the legs. It can also radiate pain anteriorally across the belly. Your neck pain sounds like spinal arthritis, involving the facet joints that pop and crack when you turn your neck. Two separate diseases, lumbar discogenic pain and cervical facet arthrosis.
