I've been taking hydroxyzine for anxiety. started taking antibotics yesterday for strep. woke up with diarrhea and blood in bowel.

Exam: See a GI specialist. Hydroxyzine is an antihistamine and will help with sleep- not much for anxiety. Diarrhea with bloody stool is ominous and requires ongoing immediate GI evaluation.
