Im having lower back pain, mucos and blood in my stool, but its diarrhea. i cant hold anything on my stomach, everything i eat it gives me a urge to have a bowel movement. what is wrong with me ?

Suspect gastroenteri: It sounds like an infection in your intestines. Probable gastroenteritis, You need to be evaluated by your PCP. I would take a stool sample with you for lab analysis. you could use some anti acids or pepto bismol to see if that would help with your spasms.
