Im a male im 17years old im 5'21/2 and i was wondering can i possibly get taller ? dad is 5'8 mom is 5'2 or 5'1

No: It's too late. This might have been addressed with hormone therapy when you were younger but this is moot now. Being a short man is a social liability overall but it is overshadowed by your muscular development and physical fitness, which is entirely under your control. Many guys will prefer a shorter guy as a friend, and it is easier to be wise without folks being jealous. Good luck.
