Nothing: If you are basically healthy , then your growth will determined by the potential your dna has. Nothing you do will really matter. There are no exercises or supplements that will make you taller than you are meant to be.

As tall as parents: Hieght is determined by genes you carry, as a rule of thumb, your hieght will be similar to your parents. You may have few more inches to go. Keep eating healthy and exercise regularly.
