Biopsy,if it has cha: A mole which has changed in size or color is suspect to be a melanoma. Only a biopsy of the mole is a certain way of checking for melanoma. If in doubt, get it checked by your doctor. They may advise a skin biopsy(of the mole) if it is more than 5 to 6 millimeters in size(bigger than a pencil eraser)
