Is it better chances of benign if mole has been there for years? 7mm one hair, don't think it changed much slightly if at all

Changes: Vast majority of the moles are benign. If it has not changed recently, you may keep a watchful eye on it. Visit this site for additional guidance: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/melanoma/basics/symptoms/CON-20026009

Biopsy: If the mole has not changed, most probably it will be benign. A biopsy is the only way to know for sure. Hope this helps.
