Could a pregnancy not show up on transvag. ultrasound at possibly 6-7 weeks pregnant? like no sac and 3 mm endometrium shown on ultrasound.

Pregnancy test: Did you do a pregnancy test? Was it positive? If positive, it would be prudent to consult your obstetrician. If the urine pregnancy test is not helpful You may wish to get a blood test for HCG level.

No: There should be findings on Ultrasound at that point. They also screen the ovaries and tubes to make sure it is not an ectopic pregnancy. If you US is negative then you're either not pregnant or so early that it won't show, but that would be only in the first couple weeks not at 6-7 weeks.
