Oxycodone stronger: Oxycodone is slightly better absorbed than hydrocodone. Also many patients report that 5mg oxycodone is equal to around 7,5mg of hydrocodone. Ultimately it depends upon your individual metabolism Either way, it appears that your dosing may have dropped. If the oxycodone works as well as the hydrocodone, then fine. If not, you need to report this to your physician and discuss changing the dosing
