Good evening, i have had a rash on my upper back for six weeks and is getting worse not better.started two spots, now spreading and bleeding?

Hard to say: Without seeing it. The bleeding sounds concerning if it is on its own but less if it from scratching. Sounds like you should get checked out.

Rash : It’s very difficult to make a diagnosis without examination. Please re post your question with a picture or see your doctor.

Bleeding rash: Needs urgent assessment particularly if the bleeding has started without you scratching it, or if you have scratched it but the bleeding is not stopping with pressure. Needs an examination and if any of the above scenarios apply - urgent assessment with urgent blood count to exclude bleeding/clotting problem. All the best.
