My 7 year old boy has a rash under his arm pits. the spots have tiny white heads and are quite inflamed. they dont itch but can get tender. they seem to improve a bit then get worse. hes had them for over a month now. no fever present. ?

Sometimes folliculitis happens, and is caused by bacteria in skin follicles (where hairs grown out of). It can resemble tiny pimples on the limbs and body. Other causes include viral infections, allergies, sports gear friction, chemical irritants, hot tubs, etc...
