Electroly Calcium Mg: Check your electrolytes calcium and magnesium levels. Also thyroid functions.As above symptoms are related to the changes in electrolyte and Ca and Mag homeostasis due to oedema of the remaining parathyroids and sometimes thyroid.

Check it out: Would discuss this with the surgeon. Certainly any surgery, more when you consider the location of the surgery with subsequent hormaonal and electrolyte changes.
