Telogen alopecia: A few weeks after a high fever a large number of old, resting hairs fall out as they are pushed out by new hairs growing under them and replacing them. Probably this will normalize in a few weeks. You may wish to see a dermatologist as this may be due to a med. Or a medical condition.
