MetroGel vaginal: is topical metronidazole, an antibiotic, and is typically prescribed for bacterial vaginosis. One of the known side effects of using this includes developing vaginal discharge which, in some cases, is candida/yeast. You may have this. I think it is fine to watch for a few days, especially if there is no itching, irritation, odor, other symptoms. If those develop, see your Doc for eval/treatment.
