See a psychiatrist: Or a clinical psychologist. Anger is usually a manifestation of some unresolved underlying and perhaps unrecognized issue in your distant past or childhood. This can be uncovered and managed by a good therapist. Anger management is also a learned phenomenon and the therapist can also help you deal with this. Go soon and good luck. Very astute to have recognized the problem and sought help.

Problems: Frequent bouts of anger can raise your blood pressure, damage your heart, upset your digestive system, lead to painful muscle aches, etc. Being angry also affects people around you, sometimes causing them to be angry and upset. I recommend you see a psychologist to find out what's causing your anger and to receive proper treatment.
