No.: Antibiotics can disrupt the normal balance of "good" bacteria in the gut, but should have no impact on the genitourinary system this way. I'm much more concerned that you may have a sexually transmitted infection. Please see your doctor or visit a Planned Parenthood clinic for evaluation and treatment.
