Not an STD: This sort of problem in the groin -- i.e. around where your thigh meets the abdomain -- almost never is an STD. It's probably a non-STD skin infection like staph, strep, or other bacteria. It's probably only a coincidence that it began soon after having sex. Discuss with your doctor if you remain concerned about it. Good luck.
