I run about 6-10km 5 times a week and recently my right ankle is sensitive on the outside. it isn't swollen and i can walk on it but it bothers me enough to know it's there. could n tight calve muscle cause this? i have high arches as well. thank you

Repetitive trauma: It is good that you exercise. You may be overdoing it a bit. See if reducing your running helps. Once the ankle feels normal, you may gradually increase your activity, as tolerated. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine
